Terms of Service

By creating an account or using SkyRocket, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One person, one account. Don't impersonate someone else, misrepresent affiliation, or use false contact info.

You can list creative services, venues, rentals, and events you have the right to offer. You retain ownership of content you post.

You may not use SkyRocket to:

• Post anything illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harassing.
• List services, venues, or rentals you don't have authority to offer.
• Spam other users with messages outside the scope of legitimate project discussion.
• Try to circumvent the platform's payment flow or take transactions off-platform after using SkyRocket to make the connection.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Payments are processed by Stripe. SkyRocket charges a platform fee on top of the amount the buyer pays; the rest is transferred to the seller's connected Stripe account. You authorize SkyRocket to collect this fee on each transaction.

Refunds are issued through Stripe and reverse the original charge, including the platform fee, at the seller's discretion within the limits of our refund policy.

SkyRocket is a marketplace, not a party to the deals you make. If you have a dispute with another user, please try to resolve it directly first using the in-platform messaging. If that fails, email ceo@skyrocketpro.com and we'll mediate where we reasonably can.

SkyRocket is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listings posted by users, the truth of profiles, or the ability of users to perform on a contract. To the extent permitted by law, SkyRocket and its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You can delete your account at any time from Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail to meet payment obligations, or threaten the integrity of the marketplace.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll post any material change here and bump the “last updated” date. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the new terms.
