Privacy policy

SkyRocket is a marketplace that connects creatives, clients, venues, rental owners, and event organizers. To do that, we collect, store, and use a small amount of data about you. This page explains what we collect and why.

• Account info — your email, password (hashed), and any display name, slug, bio, photo, tags, or links you choose to add to your profile.
• Listings — services, venues, rentals, and events you publish on the marketplace.
• Project records — quote requests, messages, files, and reviews tied to projects you take part in.
• Payment metadata — limited records of charges and payouts. We do not store card numbers or bank account details; those live with Stripe.
• Basic technical data — IP addresses and user agents in our server logs for security and abuse prevention.

• To run the marketplace and your account.
• To send transactional email (quote requests, payments, ticket confirmations) via Resend.
• To process payments and payouts via Stripe.
• To investigate abuse and protect SkyRocket and other users.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising retargeting.

We share the minimum necessary data with these processors so they can do their jobs:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing, payouts, refunds.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

You can edit your profile and most of your data directly from your dashboard. You can export a CSV of your projects and earnings from Account → Export your data. You can permanently delete your account from the same page — deletion cascades through profile, projects, files, notifications, reviews, and tasks.
